Server Issues

UPDATE : The site has been moved to the new server and everything is working great!

Over the past week, the Tribulant server has been continuously up and down with three days of constant downtime prior to the earlier hours of this morning. I apologize for the inconvenience and the lack of support as I’m trying to take care of migrating to a new server with a more reliable company.

To make a long story short, the company who owns the datacenter in which the server is located has had some internal conflict which was most likely caused by financial issues. The staff of the company were locked out of the building for several days and were unable to attend to the racks inside it. Tribulant was under the threat of losing all data belonging to the company but luckily we managed to secure the data over the past few hours since the server has been back.

After much stress and effort, the server is back up and running right now. Tribulant will be moved to a new company later on today as soon as the new server is ready for utilization. In the meantime, do not hesitate to go ahead and purchase your product(s), submit support tickets and browse the site. We expect practically no – or very little downtime during the migration process.

    Again, I can offer you a shared hosting account, we back-up daily to athother DC, this would never have happend with us…

    The new server is up and running now.

    A shared hosting account is not sufficient since a dedicated/vps server provides more freedom and flexibility together with performance as well.
