Support Forums On the Way
As many of you might have noticed, the support forums was recently taken down. The main reason for taking the forum offline was to integrate it into the new Tribulant website design.
In the meantime, we decided to start utilizing the simple, yet powerful new BBPress forum software which has been developed and is provided by the creators of WordPress. It seems to be the perfectly appropriate solution which is lightweight, elegant and easy to use.
Whether or not the previous forum posts will be imported is not clear yet, though we will see what works best. Chances are that it might not be imported, not because it is too much hard work but simply because there might not be anything useful which cannot be found in the documentation or here on the blog.
An announcement will be posted when the new support forums is active and ready to accept support requests. Support will be provided on the forums around the clock, helping you to quickly find/get answers to any possible questions you might have.
