    Hi – I posted a support ticket on monday: Ticket #506168

    I have not gotten a response yet. I realize you may have many customers, but 4 days on non-response is unforgivable.

    I am trying to find out how can format my maling list newsletter to look good. RIght now it’s using the standard wordpress look (Fonts, colors…etc.) I’d like to use the fonts and colors of my theme. Your documentation has nothing about it. Please respond.

To create a hardcoded email template, please see these instructions: http://docs.tribulant.com/wordpress-mailing-list-plugin/wpml-hardcoded-template/ . It works just like a normal webpage.
