WordPress WHOIS plugin v1.3.7

WordPress WHOIS pluginWe are proud to announce the release of the WordPress WHOIS plugin version 1.3.7. There are a number of additions, improvements and changes.

The plugin allows you to insert a tag into any WordPress post or page to generate a WHOIS search form for your users to get information on domain names with different TLDs.

See it here: http://tribulant.com/products/view/12/wordpress-whois-plugin and if you are an existing customer of the WHOIS plugin, you can get the update here: http://tribulant.com/downloads/ .

So what is a TLD?

A top-level domain (TLD) is one of the domains at the highest level in the hierarchical Domain Name System of the Internet. The top-level domain names are installed in the root zone of the name space. For all domains in lower levels, it is the last part of the domain name, that is, the label that follows the last dot of a fully qualified domain name. For example, in the domain name www.example.com, the top-level domain is com, or COM, as domain names are not case-sensitive. Management of most top-level domains is delegated to responsible organizations by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), which operates the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) and is in charge of maintaining the DNS root zone.

    What people say

"I tried one of those 'free' WordPress newsletter plug-ins. Several hours later, I still couldn't get it to work. Talk about a costly endeavor! Tribulant, on the other hand, worked from the get-go. And the customer support is among the best I've ever seen. My advice: End your search here. You've found your WordPress newsletter plug-in."
